To begin your return, please email our customer service team at support@fashuora.com. We'll provide you with clear step-by-step instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return Requirements:
Before sending your return, kindly ensure that:
- The item is unused and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Shipping Your Return:
When your return is ready, please pack it securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photos of the issue and email us at support@fashuora.com. Once reviewed and verified, we will send the correct item or a suitable replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Let us know which item you would like to exchange by emailing support@fashuora.com, and we will provide further instructions. All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Refunds
Once the package is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). For card payments, the processing time may vary depending on the bank processing the transaction.
