Return Procedure & Window
We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. If that’s the case, you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
To begin your return, please email our customer service team at support@fashuora.com. We’ll provide you with clear step-by-step instructions on how to return your item(s).
Before sending your return, kindly ensure that:
- The item is unused and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
When your return is ready, please pack it securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Returns submitted after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Refunds, Exchanges & Restocking Fees
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 7 days after the return is approved. Please note: refunds are only issued for items that meet our return criteria.
Restocking Fees
We do not apply any restocking fees. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Wish to exchange your item for another size or style? Simply email us at support@fashuora.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.
Before your exchange can be processed, make sure the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all original tags

Cancellations & Damaged Items
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@fashuora.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. Please note that cancellations can only be made before your order has been processed or dispatched. Once your parcel has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us promptly at support@fashuora.com and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and verified, we will send the correct item or a suitable replacement at no extra cost.
